Returns Policy

All items are handcrafted and slight variations are to be expected. However, if you are not satisfied with your jewellry, I offer a 30-day return policy on all items except commissions. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective. Please contact me for return address details. Certain items, such as personalized products, sale items, and commission may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product page or agreed commission details.
